We took Marrett Road from teardown to turnkey. Marchese Development managed the full life cycle—demo, sitework, and a ground-up build—delivering a ~4,300 SF modern farmhouse with two primary suites, chef’s kitchen, and warm, neutral finishes throughout. Built fully electric with 400-amp service and high-efficiency systems, this home balances everyday comfort with elevated detail: whitewashed oak floors, a lighted tray-ceiling family room with contemporary fireplace, custom millwork in the mudroom and pantry, and spa-inspired baths. Outside, new hardscape, deck, irrigation, and plantings complete the picture - ready for a new owner in Lexington.
